U.S. Government Population Control
The United States National Security Council is the highest decision-making body on foreign policy in the United States. On December 10, 1974, it promulgated a top secret document entitled National Security Study Memorandum or NSSM-200, also called The Kissinger Report. Its subject was “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” This document, published shortly after the first major international population conference in Bucharest, was the result of collaboration among the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Departments of State, Defense and Agriculture.
The Kissinger Report was made public when it was declassified and was transferred to the U.S. National Archives in 1990.
Although the United States government has issued hundreds of policy papers dealing with various aspects of American national security since 1974, The Kissinger Report continues to be the foundational document on U.S. government population control. It therefore continues to represent official United States policy on government population control, and is posted on the USAID website.
NSSM-200 is critically important to pro-life workers all over the world, because it completely exposes the unsavory and unethical motivations and methods of the population control movement.
The Purpose of The Kissinger Report
The primary purpose of U.S. government population control efforts is to maintain access to the mineral resources of less-developed countries, or LDCs. The Kissinger Report states:
The U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries. That fact gives the U.S. enhanced interest in the political, economic, and social stability of the supplying countries. Wherever a lessening of population pressures through reduced birth rates can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resource supplies and to the economic interests of the United States.
In order to protect U.S. commercial interests, NSSM-200 cited a number of factors that could interrupt the smooth flow of materials from LDCs to the United States, including a large population of anti-imperialist youth, whose numbers must be limited by government population control. The document identified 13 nations by name that would be the primary targets of U.S. government population control efforts. Under the heading of “Concentration on key countries” we find:
Assistance for population moderation should give primary emphasis to the largest and fastest growing developing countries where there is special U.S. political and strategic interest. Those countries are: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia and Columbia [sic]. … At the same time, the U.S. will look to the multilateral agencies, especially the U.N. Fund for Population Activities which already has projects in over 80 countries to increase population assistance on a broader basis with increased U.S. contributions. This is desirable in terms of U.S. interests and necessary in political terms in the United Nations.
According to The Kissinger Report, elements of the implementation of government population control programs could include:
- the legalization of abortion;
- financial incentives for countries to increase their abortion, sterilization and contraception-use rates;
- indoctrination of children; and
- mandatory population control and coercion of other forms, such as withholding disaster and food aid unless an LDC implements population control programs.
The Kissinger Report also specifically declared that the United States was to cover up government population control activities and avoid charges of imperialism by inducing the United Nations and various non-governmental organizations—specifically the Pathfinder Fund, the International Planned Parenthood Foundation (IPPF) and the Population Council—to do its dirty work.
Technocrats Freak Out Over CDC’s 6% COVID Death Figure
Well, first Technocrats and leftist media blame Qanon. Q is crazy, right? Then they point to Trump for retweeting that same number: if Trump said it, it must be false, right? After Twitter deleted everyone else’s tweets about it, the media figured it had to be fake news, right?
Within hours, every major publication was blasting anyone and everyone who dared to “misinterpret” the CDC’s latest finding. You have to leave the interpreting part to the experts, they say, to the epidemiologists and to the scientists. Mere citizens are simply too ignorant and uneducated to understand lofty mathematical concepts like 6% or complicated medical terms like comorbidity.
Fools, all.
The CDC’s website clearly and definitively states:
For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death.
What is unclear about this?
It is a really pathetic pandemic where only 6% of deaths are due exclusively to COVID-19. Stack that up against the Black Plague, TB or Ebola.
The freak-outs want you to instead focus on the 94% who died with a plethora of comorbidity conditions. Some of the most common ones mentioned in the study are:
Influenza, pneumonia, hypertensive diseases, heart disease, cardiac arrest, heart failure, diabetes, alzheimers, renal failure and on and on.
Patients with these other conditions also just happened to test positive for COVID-19, and that’s all it took to be recorded as a COVID death. What’s more, the average patient had an average of 2.6 of these other factors when they died.
Even a motorcycle crash victim who died on the scene tested positive for COVID. His death was recorded as COVID until some locals pointed out the sheer stupidity of such a categorization and it was ultimately rescinded.
OK, Look. Dying WITH COVID is not the same as dying FROM COVID. Only 6% died FROM COVID exclusively. The other 94% died WITH COVID.
Did anybody make an assessment of how many of the 94% would have died anyway, even if they did not have COVID? Nope. Not a one, so we’ll never know for sure. But even a baseball bat could figure out that there has been a significant number who were headed for their earthly exit no matter what else they contracted along the way.
But, why would Technocrats freak out so bad over this viral CDC announcement (pun intended)? Because it puts their entire narrative in jeopardy.
No more panic over a pandemic would mean no more face masks, no more social distancing, no more lockdowns, no need for vaccines, no more funding, no more “Karens”, no more social engineering. It means Anthony Fauci would be released into permanent retirement, sans a fortune in lost profits from his Big Pharma investments. Worst of all, it would mean that they were WRONG, and to a Technocrat, being wrong is a cardinal sin.

The grave events presently occurring in Rochester-New York, that during the past few hours has seen over 5,000 socialist Democrat Party and Joe Biden aligned revolutionary terrorists rampaging through this once peaceful city of about 200,000 people, says as its terrified citizens cower in fear while watching the roofs of their homes being climbed on by these terrorists destroying everything in their path, the rest of the American people better take quick notice as the terror that’s happening there is soon to be visiting them—a warning being shouted out by the leftist mainstream propaganda media establishment supporting these socialist revolutionaries—best exampled in the leftist New York Times article “Trump Might Cheat-Activists Are Getting Ready” that warns: “Election sabotage needs to be met with the largest protests yet….A show of numbers in the streets — and actions in the streets — may be decisive factors in determining what the public perceives as a just and legitimate outcome”—exampled by socialist Democrat Party leader Bernie Sanders now warning: “We need to alert the American people about what a nightmarish scenario might look like”—exampled by the shocking revelation of the “Election Coup Playbook” prepared by globalist-socialist leader George Soros, that demands America abandon Constitutional norms and calls for socialist revolutionary street fights—and exampled by the leftist Washington Post in their article “The Election Will Likely Spark Violence — And A Constitutional Crisis” that warns: “Mass mobilization is no guarantee that our democracy will survive — but if things go as badly as our exercises suggest they might, a sustained, nonviolent protest movement may be America’s best and final hope”—warnings being met by the article “False Flag Is Biden’s Only Chance To Win”, that points out the reality that Biden’s socialist forces “used the lockdowns to create an army of ready-made protestors with nothing else to do and little hope for the future”—all of which makes explainable the just released news alert that says: “Americans respond to riots, crime fears by buying more guns as Smith & Wesson reports ‘UNPARALLELED’ demand”. What happened to the once peaceful residential streets of Rochester-New York during the early morning hours of 5 September 2020 (both photos above), the rest of the American people are being warned is “Coming soon to a neighborhood near you!”.
According to this report, in 2016 the socialist Democrat Party and leftist mainstream propaganda media establishment deluged the American peoples with polls showing that it was impossible for Donald Trump to win the election against Hillary Clinton—though in reality, Trump flipped millions of white working-class Obama supporters to his side and won this election—and now in 2020, has seen these same socialist and leftist forces doing the exact same thing with their polls showing that there is no way for President Trump to beat Joe Biden—a failed tactic, however, that met reality this past week when top socialist Democrat Party election experts discovered the truth of what was happening, and that caused them to put out a warning saying: “We are sounding an alarm and saying that this is a very real possibility, that the data is going to show on election night an incredible victory for Donald Trump”.
While sounding this alarm, this report details, these top socialist Democrat Party election experts then suspiciously stated: “When every legitimate vote is tallied and we get to that final day, which will be some day after Election Day, it will in fact show that what happened on election night was exactly that, a mirage…It looked like Donald Trump was in the lead and he fundamentally was not when every ballot gets counted”—a very suspicious statement indeed, because what they claimed would be a “red mirage” of a President Trump landslide victory on election day, is in all fact a “red herring”—which is something, especially a clue, that is or is intended to be misleading or distracting.
What the reality shows about the 3 November presidential election between President Trump and socialist leader Joe Biden, this report explains, is that the same number of people able to receive mail-in ballots this year is about the same as what is 2016—and even though leftist publications like the New York Times are predicting such things like “roughly 80 million mail ballots will flood election offices this fall, more than double the number that were returned in 2016”, there is no evidence existing to support it—and in fact, and as exampled in 2016, less than 50% of the eligible voters in America vote in presidential elections—thus making it a lie for anyone to claim how many of them will vote by mail-in ballot—which is why socialist Democrats are attempting to flood America with mail-in ballots in their hopes they’ll be used—but most critical to be noticed about, are mail-in ballots flooding the socialist Democrat Party stronghold States that President Trump lost in 2016, and one expects he’ll lose this time, too—but even in these socialist Democrat Party stronghold States, sees all of them having etched-in-stone laws mandating that all mail-in ballots must be postmarked by election day—thus meaning that all of the votes, both in person and mail-in, will be known by 3 November—but as to when they will be counted is the only question remaining unanswered.
In knowing these facts and reality, this report continues, what these socialist Democrats and their leftist mainstream media allies are attempting to pull off becomes readily apparent—and is vile plot to attempt to hide a President Trump landslide victory behind an avalanche of fake news that Joe Biden may be winning because all of the votes haven’t been counted—the intent behind of which is to incite into open rebellion socialist revolutionary terrorists who will take to the streets of America destroying everything they can—which these socialist forces believe will cause the US military to intervene and throw President Trump out office.
Quickly and forcefully responding to this socialist Democrat Party plot, this report notes, America’s top military leader, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, told them this past week that: “In the event of a dispute over some aspects of the election, by law US courts and the US Congress are required to resolve any disputes, not the US Military…I foresee no role for the US Armed Forces in this process”—that in response to then saw the leftist mainstream media spreading the vicious lie that President Trump called American soldiers who had died in war “suckers” and “losers”—leftist media lies instantly joined by millions-of-dollars of socialist Democrat Party campaign ads spreading this filth even further—that have now been joined by leftist media articles blaring such headlines as “After Report That Trump Disparaged War Dead, Democrats See Chance to Win Over Military Voters”, “How Many Insults Will Service Members And Military Veterans Take From Trump?” and “It’s Time for Trump’s Generals to Go on the Record”—all of which are based on provable lies, as so attested to by actual Trump-hater John Bolton, who was in the meetings where President Trump was anonymously said to have made these remarks, and in his book exactly detailed the truth of what occurred:

According to this report, since the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) issued their 25 July assessment warning that the political police forces of the Chinese Communist Party are preparing to send 500,000 of them into the United States upon socialist Democrat Party candidate Joe Biden declaring that he’s won the 3 November presidential election, troubling new reports are now emerging that thousands of Communist Chinese troops have begun amassing in the socialist nation of Canada near their border with the United States—Communist Chinese troops Joe Biden and his socialist Democrats have begun preparing their nation’s citizens to accept by them outlandishly claiming that “We are not safe in Trump’s America” because of “Trump Riots”.

This past week, this report concludes, the American leftist mainstream propaganda media establishment blared out stories saying such things like “the Russian navy conducted major war games near Alaska involving dozens of ships and aircraft, the biggest such drills in the area since Soviet times”—none of whom bothered to tell the truth that this military show of force ordered by President Putin wasn’t against the United States, rather it was a warning to Communist China that if they tried to interfere in the 3 November election on behalf of Joe Biden and his socialist Democrats, they’d be staring down the locked-and-loaded barrel of the largest nuclear armed power in the world—and during the fall of 1863, the darkest hour of the American Civil War, is also what Russia did when it sent powerful naval fleets to New York and San Francisco as a warning to Great Britain and France to stay out of this conflict—European powers who had amassed their military forces in Canada and Mexico to invade the United States—but instead of happening, saw this US-Russia alliance saving the Union—a true history extinguished from the minds of socialist brainwashed American school children—and explains why President Trump is now “demanding patriotic education in US schools”—because if these peoples knew true facts and reality, they’d send Joe Biden and his socialist Democrats back to the gates of Hell they came from.

- An employee at an Indianapolis Starbucks has been given the pink slip after filming himself preparing a toxic “Blue Lives Matter” drink. A video posted to TikTok this week shows a worker calmly narrates: “First, we’re going to start with bleach all the way to the third line,” he says, pouring liquid into the cup. The employee then adds ice – “because cops love ice,” of course – before mixing in a thick red substance he dubs “a little blood of innocent black men.” While condemning the video, as well as “any behavior that threatens violence against others,” Starbucks tried to distance itself from the scandal, pointing the finger at Target, which houses and makes all hiring decisions for the location in question.
- Mark Zuckerberg has said he will donate $300 million to help ensure a “secure” election process amid the Covid-19 pandemic, while Facebook remains on the prowl for alleged “foreign interference” from Russia. Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan announced on Tuesday that they will donate the hefty pile of cash to “two non-partisan organizations” – the Center for Tech and Civic Life and the Center for Election Innovation & Research. In addition to the donations, Facebook has a goal of providing four million people with voting information, specifically information on “how to vote by mail in each state.”
- Norway is closely collaborating with the US to develop satellites for sea monitoring. The Norwegian surveillance satellite Norsat-3, which will be launched from French Guiana in South America this autumn. Norsat-3 is able to detect ships that are actively trying to avoid being detected, thus providing improved surveillance capabilities for the monitoring of shipping traffic in Norway’s territorial waters.
- End of a dynasty? Joe Kennedy defeated in Senate primary. Congressman Joe Kennedy, long seen as a rising star, crashed to defeat Tuesday in his bid for a US Senate seat, the first time the storied American political dynasty lost a state election in Massachusetts. Incumbent Senator Ed Markey, a political veteran who re-cast himself as the fiery liberal in the race, harnessed the state’s progressive energy to handily turn back a primary challenge from Joseph Kennedy III, the grandnephew of assassinated president John F. Kennedy. The 39-year-old Kennedy said he called Markey “to congratulate him and to pledge my support” in the months ahead.”
- South Korea’s main opposition party changed its name for the second time in just seven months on Wednesday as it battles falling public support. The country’s political parties have a tendency to adopt new identities to try to sever ties with a tainted past or appeal to a wider audience. The conservative United Future Party (UFP) — a name it only adopted in February as it sought to relaunch itself ahead of parliamentary elections — declared itself the People’s Power Party.
- Ethnic Mongolians in China’s north have staged rare protests over changes to school curriculums that remove Mongolian language from core subjects, a show of defiance that has led to curfews in some areas, according to an advocacy group. New guidelines in the Chinese-administered Inner Mongolia region require elementary and secondary school subjects including history, politics and language to be taught in Mandarin beginning on September 1.
- In the past, Cambodia’s wild honey was considered the best in Southeast Asia, thanks to its tropical climate, range of floral nectars, and the productive and huge combs of the Giant Asian Honeybee (Apis dorsata). Honey and beeswax remain valuable ingredients in various medicines and condiments. But lately, the clearcutting of forests for commercial farming and illegal logging destroy bees’ habitat. Cambodia’s rate of deforestation is among the world’s fastest, with a survey published in June by U.S. and EU monitors showing that a major national forest lost more than one football pitch (1.76 acres) of woodlands to illegal logging every hour of 2019.
- American R&B singer Akon is moving ahead with plans to create a futuristic pan-African city, a “real-life Wakanda”. Construction will begin next year on the $6 billion project. Senegalese authorities have embraced him as a native son, introducing him by his given name Aliuane Thiam and praising him for investing in Africa at a time of such global financial uncertainty. On Monday, he traveled with government officials to the grassy fields in Mbodienne some 100 kilometers (62 miles) outside the capital where construction has yet to begin. On Monday, Akon said he hoped his project would provide much-needed jobs for Senegalese and also serve as a “home back home” for Black Americans and others facing racial injustices. Akon, who was born in the United States to Senegalese parents, spent much of his childhood in the West African country where in only 44 percent of rural households had electricity even in 2018.
- New York City moving are reporting a rush of customers so high it feels like “move out day on a college campus”. According to FlatRate Moving, the number of moves it has done has increased more than 46 percent between March 15 and August 15, compared with the same period last year. The number of those moving outside of New York City is up 50 percent — including a nearly 232 percent increase to Dutchess County and 116 percent increase to Ulster County in the Hudson Valley. The Times details the unprecedented boom in the suburban real estate as an increasingly online workforce is fed up with closures in the city, losing its appeal and vibrancy.
