The Octagon Group map (also spelled Octogon Group map or Octogone Group) is a two-page diagram by Dylan Louis Monroe of the Deep State Mapping Project that presents his interpretation of alleged connections between institutions, historical figures, religious traditions, and centers of influence, arranged around an octagon centered on Switzerland.

It combines geography, religious symbolism, financial institutions, political organizations, and historical references. An accompanying text sheet explains the creator's interpretations of the diagram.

Editorial context

The map contains unsupported allegations, including antisemitic conspiracy claims about Jewish control of institutions. We discuss these as claims made by the artwork, not established facts. A symbol, connecting line, or shared location does not prove a relationship. The map should be understood as an authored interpretation, not a verified organizational chart.

Readers will encounter several spellings. These names refer to the same diagram discussed here:

The two pages carry different dates, so these markings should be treated as edition details rather than a confirmed original publication date.

The Visual Diagram

Centers on an octagonal graphic surrounding a silhouette of Switzerland. Above it, the artwork groups religious symbols, ancient deities, and purported genealogical connections. Below it, financial institutions, intelligence agencies, political organizations, religious orders, and corporate symbols. These arrangements express the creator's proposed relationships; proximity and placement are not evidence of common ownership or coordinated activity.

The Explanatory Sheet

Short entries describing the creator's interpretations of subjects depicted on the map. It functions as an accompanying reference sheet: locate a label on the diagram, then consult the corresponding text for what the creator intends. The text sheet explains the artwork's narrative; it does not provide independent confirmation of that narrative.

How to Read the Map

How to Read the Octagon Group Map

Establish the organizing structure first, then work section by section with the explanatory page beside you. A relationship cannot be meaningfully evaluated until the allegation is specific enough to check.

  1. 01

    Begin With the Central Graphic

Identify the Switzerland silhouette, the surrounding octagonal shape, and the eight geographic labels. This establishes the diagram's organizing structure before you examine individual symbols.

  2. 02

Explore One Section at a Time

Separate the religious and mythological references from the financial, political, and institutional material. The diagram places subjects from different historical periods together, so neighboring items should not automatically be interpreted as contemporaries.

  3. 03

    Consult the Explanatory Page

Use the second page to clarify the author's intended meaning. Keep that interpretation separate from information supported by external records.

  4. 04

    Identify the Specific Claim

Ask what a proposed connection actually means. Is the map alleging financial ownership, institutional membership, shared ancestry, ideological influence, or merely similar symbolism?

Rule of thumbA relationship cannot be meaningfully evaluated until the allegation is specific enough to check.
  5. 05

    Examine the Evidence Independently

Look for dated documents, reliable historical scholarship, corporate records, and other sources that directly support or contradict the claim.

The existence of an organization does not validate every assertion made about it. Likewise, repeating an allegation across multiple websites does not create independent corroboration.

Historical Context

Historical Context: What the Octagon Group Map Gets Wrong

Some sections of the map reproduce narratives alleging secret Jewish control over finance, media, or political institutions. These are longstanding antisemitic conspiracy themes, not reliable explanations of how institutions operate.

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum documents the history of such narratives, including the fabricated Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Its research provides context for recognizing how unsupported accusations of hidden collective control have circulated across different periods and media.

Criticism of a particular government, company, or institution should be grounded in specific evidence. It should not become an allegation of collective guilt against an ethnic or religious group.

What is the Octagon Group map?

Also spelled Octogon or Octogone Group map, it is a two-page diagram by Dylan Louis Monroe of the Deep State Mapping Project that presents his interpretation of alleged connections between institutions, historical figures, religious traditions, and centers of influence, arranged around an octagon centered on Switzerland.
