HORRIFYING RUSSIAN REPORT: UKRAINIAN BIOLABS CREATING SPECIAL BIOWEAPONS FOR ETHNIC CLEANSING

As one wag put it, we don’t just have “the fog of war” right now, we have a battle royale for control of the narrative being fought with fog machines.
Neo-Lib Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland appeared to let the cat out of the bag on Tuesday, while testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, replying to Senator Marco Rubio’s question, “Does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons?”
VICTORIA NULAND: Ukraine has biological research facilities which, in fact, we’re now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how we can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.
MARCO RUBIO: I’m sure you’re aware that the Russian propaganda groups are already putting out there all kinds of information about how they have uncovered a plot by the Ukrainians to unleash biological weapons in the country, and with NATO’s coordination.
If there is a biological or chemical weapon incident or attack inside Ukraine, is there any doubt in your mind that 100% it would be the Russians behind it?
VICTORIA NULAND: There is no doubt in my mind, Senator. And in fact, it is a classic Russian technique to blame the other guy for what they are planning to do themselves.
Journalist Glenn Greenwald’s reaction to this was: “Really good cleanup by Rubio: interrupting Nuland’s bizarre confession, which he did not expect, and immediately directing her to say that if there’s a biological attack, it must be Russia. Why is she so concerned Russia would seize such a benign ‘biological research facility’?”
Some opine that Nuland’s admission was a CYA move, because she saw what happened with the massive discrediting of Fauci, DTRA, DARPA, EcoHealth Alliance and Peter Daszak. She wanted to preempt the Russians, who that same day announced that there were 30 Pentagon-financed biolabs operating in former Soviet republics bordering Russia.
The Russians concur with George Webb that the funding for these is through the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and that the operator is Black & Veatch, the same contractor that operates Fort Detrick and other high-security biolabs in the US.
George Webb says that he has confirmed with officers at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) that they have been working with Ukraine at 11 different biolabs and says he was given copies of the signed contracts, with the names of individuals involved, proving the existence of what was called “UPA” (Ukraine Program Aid), relating to a hemorrhagic fever bioweapon.
George described the a program in Ukraine as being comprised of 4,000 people, soldiers and sailors at facilities in each corner of Ukraine and he said the codenames given to these pathogens appeared to refer to batch numbers from sister facilities in Kazakhstan.
The Russian ministry of defense also claimed that Ukraine’s ministry of health had ordered the destruction of the pathogens in these labs on February 24th, the day of the Russian invasion, including samples of bubonic plague, anthrax, brucellosis, diphtheria, salmonella and leptospirosis, which confirms that the US and the Ukraine violated the convention on the prohibition of biological and toxic weapons – and particularly, the ban on gain-of-function research.
The US State Department, desperate to clean up Nuland’s mess tweeted that “The US is in full compliance with its obligations under the Biological Weapons Convention and does not develop or possess chemical and biological weapons anywhere.”
Russian Foreign Affairs Press Secretary Maria Zakarova had this to say about Nuland’s admission:
“There was a statement made by the Deputy Secretary of State, Victoria Nuland that will leave no doubt, will leave no opportunity for Washington to keep silent this time.
“Remember, how many years and their attempts, while spilling blood to find chemical and biological weapons, while, in fact occupying and killing people.
“They were looking in the wrong place. We have found, instead your own products. We have found your biological materiel. It was developed primarily for military purposes. As it turns out, it was all happening in Ukraine. What are you doing there? It’s a different continent. It has no borders with you. There are no bases of yours.
“What were they doing there under the guise of ‘scientific research’, your specialists, among others? On a regular basis, they were giving instructions to the Ukrainian side, as to the purposes of the studies involved.
“Now, considering that we have the evidence that cannot be refuted, we demand that you provide details. The world must know, what were you intending to do? To what end? Within which deadline? What was the amount of the so-called investments in the biological activities of Ukraine?
“The data, materials, documents, please provide them. Enough games.”
For his part, George Webb’s response to Nuland’s statement was that she was now his best witness for US DTRA biolabs in Ukraine. On Wednesday, he tweeted:
As we have always said, Hunter is the Lee Harvey Oswald with Metabiota in the Ukrainian bioweapons game – the “clean” partner. Black & Veatch is the dark hand, and they patsied Hunter.

I am not saying this is an Obama smear because it’s true, but you are going to find Nuland and Strzok are behind the secret labs in the Donbas. The Russian military metadata activity points to Mariupol, not Odessa.
The “conspiracy theory” of US bioweapons labs in Ukraine is just another one that turned out to be true. Ho hum. Chalk up another US State Department lie.
George’s tweets were accompanied by images claiming that in 2018, a company called Metabiota signed a $18.4 million federal contract in the Ukraine as a subcontactor of Black & Veatch and how Metabiota was funded by the CIA and by Hunter Biden’s investment firm with John Kerry’s stepson, Rosemont Seneca.
Naturally, Metabiota’s founder/CEO, Nathan Wolfe has a profile on the World Economic Forum website and he can be seen here, at The Edge Billionaires’ Dinner cavorting with Bill Gates and a host of Big Tech and Ivy League luminaries. He can also be seen at multiple galas posing with Ghislaine Maxwell.
George suggests that from 2008 to 2017, Black & Veatch and the DTRA signed contracts, estimated at $215.6 million on construction and operation of biolabs in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Thailand, Ethiopia, Vietnam and Armenia and that under the program in Georgia and Ukraine, Black & Veatch subcontractor, Metabiota signed $18.4 million federal contract.
George also notes that prior to 1998, DTRA was referred to as Defense Special Weapons Agency, which more accurately reflected the department’s real assignment. He also notes that Black & Veatch share office space in the same Kyiv building with their subcontractor, Metabiota.
So, these biolabs in Ukraine connect to the State Department, the DoD, Peter Strzok, the fake impeachments, the Iran deal – and the role of Hunter Biden in all of this.

When a pattern develops in world events it makes a person wonder if what they are seeing was actually planned in advance. Some things may appear to be a pre-planned scheme or conspiracy. We may never know until after the fact, and we look back on events and see all of the so-called coincidences and the unusual fortuitous actions – that makes a person stop and wonder “what if this was actually planned in advance by someone or some group for ulterior motives?”
For arguments sake, I will consider this possibility and assume that the “group” that might have planned these events are the wealthy elite globalists – who just happen to have the greatest motive for acquiring the natural resources, territory and labor source from Russia. With that premise, let’s begin:
What if “they” wanted to acquire Russia and knew that to get Russia to attack Ukraine, all they had to do was entice Ukraine to threaten to join Nato?
What if they promised the Ukrainian government all the money and weapons and back-up they would ever need?
What if they pre-placed thousands of mercenaries, special forces and CIA military members across the nation with piles of high-tech weapons that would have the capability to destroy tanks, armored personnel carriers, helicopters and fighter jets?
What if a battle plan was made from the beginning to pretend to run away from the invading Russian army, but then go into hiding to become a covert fighter force?
What if the Russians became over confident and sent out miles of tanks and support vehicles, and were then picked off by a covert military dug underground, and hiding in basements?
What if the US promised to give the covert Ukraine military up to the minute satellite reports on all Russian military locations, including any and all military aircraft in flight?
What if this plan was perfected after learning how the Viet Cong fought, how the Islamic state fought with Toyota pickups against tanks, and how the fighters in Afghanistan fought – and they decided to use the latest shoulder fired, high tech weapons to neutralize outdated tanks that were more suited for WW2 type battles?
What if they utilized the main stream media to demonize the Russians and make the Ukrainians the bold and courageous fighters for freedom to defend their crying children and thousands of families fleeing bombed out buildings?
What if they persuaded all the major nations to cut off trade, businesses and banking with Russia to begin the total collapse of their nation?
What if they set up biological labs across Ukraine, and then tell the world that Russia may use chemical or germ warfare against the Ukrainians and Europe?
What if they tell the world that Putin and Russia are so desperate and insane for power to rebuild the Soviet Union, that they will sabotage a nuclear plant to cause massive radiation that endangers all of Europe?
What if at the risk of massive radiation or a chemical or germ warfare attack by Russia, the Nato nations decide they have no choice but to militarily stop Russia?
What if at the first conflict with Russia, that Putin then decides to hit Nato forces and bases with tactical nukes to defend his nation?
What if Nato then responds with similar nukes against Russian forces and Russian bases, knowing it could lead to a larger nuclear exchange?
What if they are willing to engage in a full nuclear war with Russia, knowing it will result in hundreds of millions of deaths – and this is acceptable losses to them that helps fulfill their depopulation agenda?
What if, regardless what Russia does or how they react, the globalists are more than willing to call their bluff as they sit in their underground bunkers and fight it out to the end?
What if we are already several stages into this scheme and we could be witnessing the next events take place in the next few weeks?
What if they can take down the second most powerful nuclear power on earth, what other nation can stand against the same techniques used again and again?
What if the globalist already know they control the world under a one world government – and now they are merely demonstrating their power and authority?
What if they realize through the pandemic, they can kill off millions and no one stops them, and start a nuclear world war and no one stops them – how will free men be able to remain free anywhere on earth?
What if there is no one…like us…left?
We don’t have to imagine “what if” any longer. Intelligent men and women know what is really going on. They know who the bad guys are and who the good guys are. They know tyranny when they see it and also recognize Constitutional freedom.
In the last election our nation was overthrown and we saw the evidence of losing all three branches of government. We are now living under an occupying force that is working hand in glove with the globalists to take the entire world into communist slavery. Until all of the globalist leaders are removed from power and replaced in the US government, we will remain an occupied nation on a downhill road to hell.
Potential Timeline Disruptions & Resolutions
A Choice Between; Love vs. Fear
Let us speak today about potentials. For there are many. All of them possible in the next near moment. All of them disruptive.
You’ve heard of these and at some point, may have dismissed them as actual possibilities. In all but one case, they are actual and occur on a specific timeline.
In only one case, they will occur in your current life as the timeline chosen by you and your fellow man.
The one course that is not ever going to be followed leads to nuclear war and complete annihilation of the planet.
There are several potentials (for negative events) that have been seen by those who hold positive and collaborative intentions for humanity. Preparations are in order, regardless of which event is chosen, that will reduce the damage it may cause, and end it quickly.
Those who hold destructive intentions are reaching now for whatever they feel will allow them more control, more power or more “food”. Their favorite “food” is fear.
For this reason, expect some fearful dramas to continue for a bit. These will likely occur soon, and appear outlandish; almost like a science fiction novel. You’ll recognize them by their desperation.
Potentially, these could involve an “alien invasion”, an “alien germ/illness”, a threat of nuclear war, a threat of an armed invasion by a foreign “enemy” – to name a few. It will be frightening.
Each exists now as a possible move that will delay the inevitability of loss of control held by the current controllers. This is a massive operation, hundreds of years in the planning, that will now fail.
To tell you that the whole of Creation is watching is an understatement. The whole of Creation is on the edge of their seats.
This force for control here does not surrender.
They will choose death or some sort of permanent exit every time.
The race wins and takes control back. This is something brand new for humanity.
It is brilliant in its simplicity.
For in the final moments, what will be attempted as a “secret weapon” will be fear, in some new packaging. What will douse that flame and destroy the fear weapon – is Love. This is mankind’s biggest asset and strongest ally.
Man’s ability to love and to utilize his passion for creation is something rare and virtually unseen in the controllers. Love is a force they do not comprehend.
Be aware that fear is always a weapon. Recognize that when it shows up for you, so that you can diminish its effect with Love, Strength and Compassion. These are your not-so-secret weapons, and they will sustain you in these coming days.
You’ve been told now of potential events. This will dampen their effect on your psyche. Remember, when confronted with what appears to be dangerous, that you carry legitimate power with you always. It is in your heart. It holds more energy in it than anything fearful.
This power is Love, and it is your very essence.
Use Love to control this next moment.
Use Love to calm your anxiety and stabilize your thinking.
Love is what guarantees a positive outcome.
Love is who you are.
Mankind will not perish. Mankind will flourish.
Expect a glorious outcome for the race, and watch it manifest before you. This, regardless of any false and fearful events.
You are not here to be afraid. You are here to love. This is your calling card, and you’re about to feel a major request to use it.
You’ll know.

It was discovered this week that there were actually over 336 Bio-Weapons labs established and funded across the globe by the Obama/Biden administration. These labs were central to the New World Order’s Depopulation Plan to wipe out 70% of our population this next Fall.

Karel van Wolferen is a writer, journalist, professor, publisher and one of the most respected experts on geopolitics in the Netherlands. Catherine Austin Fitts visited van Wolferen last week to discuss in detail his views on the events in Ukraine and how they relate to the desire to establish centralized control around the world.
They started by discussing the historical context of what is happening in Ukraine today. According to van Wolferen, in 2014 there was a coup d’etat in Ukraine, in which George Soros played the main role. Adding that “Victoria Nuland, who was deputy Secretary of State in one case or another, once boasted that they spent $5 billion to go so far as to make this coup, although she did not call it a coup.” He turned Ukraine from a sovereign country into a country remotely controlled by Washington and, more directly, controlled by the CIA to conduct more detailed operations, false flags and so on.
In the last two years, Europe and the countries of the “Five Eyes” have probably suffered more than the United States, and in a different way, from a criminal syndicate that tried to establish a supranational totalitarian system with the World Economic Forum as an important coordinating body, an organizational center, van Wolferen explained, “and in the long run this will create a slave-owning society”.
