BRUCE OHR’S 302s RELEASED, EPSTEIN SUICIDE QUESTIONS, AMERICA’S SECOND CIVIL WAR

Sen. Lindsey Graham said the revelation of the FBI’s notes on interviews with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr is just “the tip of the iceberg.”
During an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Thursday, the South Carolina Republican said he expects the release of more information regarding the genesis of the Trump-Russia investigation and possible misconduct by the FBI and DOJ.
“I know personally there’s a lot more out there and the word that keeps coming up is bias,” Graham said.
Graham is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee and has vowed to do a “deep dive” after the conclusion of Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s investigation into alleged abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Attorney General William Barr is also conducting a review of the Russia investigation origins and has been granted the power to declassify relevant documents by President Trump.
“Here’s what we’re looking at: systematic corruption at the highest level of the Department of Justice and the FBI against President Trump and in favor of Hillary Clinton,” Graham said.
The Justice Department released 34 pages of FBI “302” summaries of interviews agents had with Ohr, a Justice Department official who acted as a backchannel between the bureau the anti-Trump dossier author Christopher Steele, on Thursday in compliance with a Freedom of Information lawsuit brought by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.
Judicial Watch on Thursday released the “302” summary memos from Justice Department official Bruce Ohr’s interviews with the FBI, confirming that the FBI, DOJ and State Dept. continued to have extensive contact with British ex-spy Christopher Steele well after he was fired by the bureau. Steele was reportedly fired in November of 2016 for leaking information from his dossier to the media.
Ohr met repeatedly with Steele until the appointment of former special counsel Robert Mueller in May of 2017.
“These new Bruce Ohr FBI 302s show an unprecedented and irregular effort by the FBI, DOJ, and State Department to dig up dirt on President Trump using the conflicted Bruce Ohr, his wife, and the Clinton/DNC spies at Fusion GPS,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The FISA courts weren’t informed of this corrupted process when they were asked to approve and reapprove extraordinary spy warrants targeting President Trump.”
According to the Daily Caller’s Chuck Ross, the memos undercut an FBI’s claim in the four Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant applications against former Trump adviser Carter Page.
In their FISA applications, the FBI said that investigators did not believe that Steele was a source for Isikoff’s story. The Bureau relied on the unverified Clinton and DNC-funded Steele dossier to claim to the FISA court that Page was an agent of Russia.
Epstein Suicide
Even before his first suspected suicide tries last month, Jeffrey Epstein was perhaps the most vulnerable man in the federal jail system: a wealthy and well-known financier accused of sexually abusing dozens of underage girls. He was, by all accounts, the kind of inmate who should have been under the closest possible supervision.
Instead, Epstein was taken off suicide watch in the days before he apparently took his own life, officials told NBC News, a decision that baffled former wardens and veterans of the federal prison system.
“For them to pull him off suicide watch is shocking,” Cameron Lindsay, a former warden who worked at three federal facilities, told NBC News. “For someone this high-profile, with these allegations and this many victims, who have had a suicide attempt in the last few weeks, you can take absolutely no chances.”
Epstein, 66, was placed on suicide watch after he was found passed out in his jail cell with marks on his neck inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center on July 23, according to sources familiar with the matter.
The conditions would have required him to be moved to a special bare-bones cell where he would be outfitted in a tear-resistant one-piece smock and receive stepped-up observation from a staffer or inmate posted outside, according to Lindsay and sources familiar with Epstein’s case.
But Epstein’s status was changed sometime in the last two weeks for reasons that remain unknown, officials told NBC News. Sources familiar with the case say Epstein underwent a psychiatric evaluation and the decision was made to clear him from suicide watch on or around July 29 and returned to a cell in the Special Housing Unit (SHU.) The decision would normally have to have been authorized by the jail’s suicide prevention program coordinator, who is ordinarily the institution’s chief psychologist, and approved by the warden.
“Once an inmate has been placed on watch, the watch may not be terminated, under any circumstance, without the program coordinator or designee performing a face-to-face evaluation,” according to the federal Bureau of Prisons official guidelines issued in 2007.
Epstein was discovered inside his cell about 6:30 a.m. and some union officials noted that many facilities operate with limited staffing overnight. The local federal prison union head in New York has previously complained about staffing shortages at the Metropolitan Correctional Center.
The DOJ and FBI are investigating the case, law enforcement officials told NBC News. The Bureau of Prisons will also launch an internal “after-action” probe, according to department veterans.
America’s Second Civil War
It’s obvious that the central tenet of the Democrat Party platform is now hatred and contempt for Normal Americans. Taking their cue from the elites in Europe and Canada who are stripping dissenters of their free speech rights and religious freedoms, the leftist elite is moving to solidify its hold on power here with the eager assistance of tech companies and the moral support of the Fredocons who yearn to return to pseudo-relevance as the ruling class’s slobbering loyal opposition. In California, the leftist government is practically firing on Fort Sumter. And nationally, these aspiring fascists are especially eager to disarm Normal Americans – doing so would be an object lesson in who’s the boss, as well as solving that frustrating problem of the Normals having the ability to resist.
Probably because I’ve spent time where they actually had a civil war, many people ask me – people whose names you know – whether I think this turmoil will all end in a Second Civil War. They are seriously concerned, and not without cause – the left’s hatred for Normal Americans and its dedication to totally stripping the people who are the backbone of this country of their ability to participate in their own governance is threatening to rip the country apart.
Do I think there will be a civil war? No, but there could be. This is the Age of Black Swans, and anything is possible – we could easily see the country split into red and blue. Civil war is unlikely but never underestimate Democrat stupidity and hatred. The Schlichter family learned that lesson a century and a half ago, the last time the Democrats decided to try to impose their hatred of basic human rights on the rest of the country when an army of Democrats burned our family hometown.
Oh, they paid for it. And they would pay again. Democrats are 0-1 in insurrections, and if they went for another round, they would be 0-2. It’s a matter of terrain, numbers, and morale.
Democrats, who think history began when Obama was elected, don’t understand the dangerous game they are playing when they talk about how they want to impose their brown shirt vision upon red America. The keyboard commandos of the left seek to handwave away the massive strategic challenge of imposing control by force upon a well-armed, decentralized citizenry occupying the vast majority of the territory, so they babble about drones and tanks as counterinsurgency trump cards. But there are no trump cards in war. There are men, with rifles, standing on patches of dirt, killing the people trying to push them off. That’s the ugly reality of war. And multiply the usual brutality of war by ten when it’s a civil war.
There are two Civil War II scenarios, and the left is poorly positioned to prevail in either one. The first scenario is that the Democrats take power and violate the Constitution in order to use the apparatus of the federal government to suppress and oppress Normal Americans. In that scenario, red Americans are the insurgents. In the second scenario, which we can even now see the stirrings of in California’s campaign to nullify federal immigration law, it is the blue states that are the insurgents.
