Introduction
The goal of GAR Research & Technology Institute (RTI) Appendix is to research new technologies for the purpose of creating integrated Healing Health & Wellness technologies, Garden Tower Farms best growth mediums, and Business Development & Innovative Technologies. We aim to break free from the suppressions imposed by globalists and make advanced scientific research, engineering, and technology accessible to humanity. Our goal is to create a new infrastructure that replaces every aspect of our everyday lives, with a focus on independent, self-sustaining, self-contained, and self-perpetuating village communities.
Some of the key areas we will be working on include limitless zero-point energy technology, healing diagnostic and plasma technologies, hydro/aeroponic agriculture solutions for clean living foods, living water regenerative systems, 3D industrial manufacturing printers, advanced waste management energy conversion, recycling capabilities, and resource efficiency. We will also explore crystal, light and vibrational frequencies, plus farming technologies that combine fish farming and new nutrient dense vegetable cultivation.
Throughout the transition and recovery period, we will offer these technologies for free, along with free food and medical care. Your support is crucial as we strive to create self-sustaining, self-perpetuating, and self-contained village communities that can heal, feed, and sustain America at the local community level. Our Volunteer Program at GAR Research & Technology Institute is designed to involve volunteers in various teams responsible for technology research and development, product manufacturing, and business operations and management. We understand the importance of volunteer involvement in ensuring the success of our projects.
Experienced researchers are tasked with providing deep background research on all projects under review and development. They receive ongoing project-specific training and are responsible for conducting in-depth research.
We also welcome local craftsmen, contractors, engineers, tradesmen, electricians, and experienced craftsmen to contribute their skills and expertise to our projects.
Skilled interns with basic education and training in specific areas of project-specific requirements are also encouraged to join our volunteer program. They will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive training suitable for their positions.
We believe that experience, education, and training are essential for our volunteers to effectively support and fulfill their roles in our research and development projects. Therefore, we offer training programs tailored to each position to equip our volunteers with the necessary skills.

SPECIAL PROJECT Conceptual Model
The Special Project Conceptual Model involves the acquisition and conversion of an existing Sedona Resort into the RTI Institute (timing based on recession devaluation for resort hotels). The resort campus will be designed to accommodate short and long-term stays, with units being converted and remodeled for administrative purposes, team conference rooms, research and science labs, educational and training classrooms, and auditoriums. The resort will also feature spas, botanical gardens, integrated water features such as waterfalls, fountains, streams, and Hz frequency, as well as a village greenhouse for Garden Tower Farms and indoor/outdoor amphitheaters. The goal is to provide all institute members with a 5-star/5D experience.

Introduction (Problem) the global financial and local community economic collapse is now imminent. Based on years of research and definitive knowledge of the Globalist (DS) plans to purposely destroy economies and societies in order to usher in their New World Order. The Plan (Solution) One of the three key components to our Business Recovery Plan (Rebuild American Plan) is the use of new / suppressed / hidden technologies and to manufacture and maintain all these technologies within the Village community. The Business | Technology Research & Development Center is our positive response to the coming global crash and collapse of the energy/electrical power grid, clean water supplies, critical product / production shortages and a planned shutdown of global manufacturing, global shipping and regional delivery channels.

The Plan (Solution) Our plan is to create a self-contained local food production environment model to counter the Deep State’s designs. Garden Tower Farms is one of the three key components to our (Rebuild American Plan). Our business model is to front load all capital cost to funding the farm, seeds and first crop production.
