We venture to redesign today’s Village communities’ mechanical and technological infrastructure. The prospects of freedom from a corrupt, technologically suppressive and controlling global elite (Deep State/KM) is fast approaching. The collapse of the current banking and financial industry will create an opportunity to rebuild a new village community model supported by newly released or hidden technologies. With the support of local volunteers, experienced business leaders, manufacturers, and skilled labor, our aim is to educate and enable both new and existing businesses in the area, in order to help uplift and strengthen the community. Given these extraordinary times, our nation’s survival will depend on each village community’s ability to provide organically grown foods and integrated healing, health and wellness centers all supported by new, free and advanced technologies.

The timing of our plan is based on the collapse of America’s largest most trusted institutions, most importantly the Federal Reserve and the five largest member Global Banks. We anticipate major events revealing a systemic collapse of major institutions and infrastructure (US Manufacturing is in crisis mode, and China is shutting down all foreign production and offshore shipping has virtually stopped) g0ing back to the summer of 2020. After these events take place, key locations will be available to implement our new strategy, using advanced technologies to rebuild self-sufficient, and self-sustaining village communities of the future.

Problem/Reaction
- Why are retail stores struggling? Shifts in consumer buying habits, the rise of Amazon and a company’s inability to modernize and adapt to today’s shoppers are among the reasons why some venerable U.S. retail chains have all but shut down over the past several years. Think Sears and Kmart.
- Why are malls closing in America? The top reasons Americans believe malls have closed include the rise of online shopping (78%), economic recession (46%), poor management (35%), opening of competing shopping centers (31%), and the COVID-19 pandemic (25%).
- Why are so many big stores closing? Several forces are pushing chains out of some city centers: a glut of stores, people working from home, online shopping, exorbitant rents, crime and public safety concerns, and difficulty hiring workers. To reinvent downtown retail, drastic changes may be required.
- Why are retail sales going down? The pullback in retail sales is mostly attributed to the Fed’s year-long interest rate hiking campaign, which is slowing inflation by cooling domestic demand.

Tuesday Morning is closing all 487 stores. – Foot Locker is closing up to 420 stores. – Burger King is closing up to 400 locations – Bed Bath & Beyond is closing all 360 of their stores – Walgreens is closing 150 stores – Champs Sports is closing 125 stores.
- Why are people leaving the retail industry? Others still ascribed it to burnout and anxiety, or from reevaluating their priorities in light of the stress caused by the pandemic. By the end of 2022, factors like burnout, anxiety and the need for financial security did not seem to be abating for employees across the board.
- What is causing the labor shortage 2023? Economists are predicting a slowdown in labor market activity in the U.S. in 2023 due to a likely recession, vaxxinjuries, on the job stress, lower wages, a continued battle with inflation, more layoffs and higher unemployment. - Is the American workforce shrinking? Americans are aging out of the workforce. Between 2000 and 2022, the median age in the U.S. increased by 3.4 years, and it’s expected to keep rising. Consequently, the share of working-age people (ages 15-64) in the U.S. population has shrunk, down to 64.9% in 2021, from a peak of 67.3% in 2007.

Centers and malls are evolving into mixed-use developments with residential, office, and retail components, as well as entertainment, health & wellness, fitness centers, indoor hydroponic farms, farmers markets/kitchens, business, technology & training centers, and leisure facilities such as events centers, movie theaters and authentic organic restaurants. They are becoming more like a lifestyle center than they were years ago.

The Village Community Volunteer Program is an essential component to the success of recreating unity within the community. The coming economic and social collapse will wreak havoc on community infrastructures and its very survival. It is vital that volunteers play a key roll in bringing the community back together. The program includes various teams responsible for supporting our healing health and wellness centers, garden tower farms, and business recovery, & new development programs. We recognize the importance of village community education and training for the volunteers in the areas of health, gardening and community support programs. To achieve this, we will offer training programs suitable for each position.

Introduction (The Problem): Humanity is now acknowledging the severity of the current global health crisis. Humanity has been hit by multiple waves of health hazards, including bioweapon viruses and weaponized mRNA vaccines. Food toxins, chemtrails, water bacteria, fluorides, and chlorides have made it challenging for us to maintain optimal health. The health industry is already struggling to deal with the diseases and resulting conditions, and with the planned weaponization of vaccines, vaxxaccidents, and mass die-offs are becoming a reality. Purpose (Response vs. Reaction): the purpose of creating Healing, Health & Wellness Centers as a response to the Deep State’s plan of depopulating the planet. The pandemic was an attempt to force the population to react out of fear of the vaccine, but now, as new disclosures come to light, people are beginning to awaken to the truth.

Lastly, all practitioners collectively try to find the right solutions for each patient’s positive experience and results.
To accomplish our mission, we seek to find alternative health practitioners, medical doctors, and wellness specialists that can greatly benefit from our Healing, Health & Wellness Focus Group’s plan. It is essential to have passionate and experienced professionals committed to creating a new Health & Wellness model for the community. By working together, focusing on patient experience and empowerment, and finding the right solutions, we can revolutionize the healthcare industry and provide better care for everyone.

Introduction (Problem) The US food production, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery systems are reporting major problems, leading to the social and local community food system’s decline. After years of researching and analyzing the Deep State’s program of purposefully dismantling and replacing the existing food system. Planetary Weather Conditions Effects: Farming in America has been almost entirely destroyed as we have entered a mini ice age, making it more challenging to grow crops. The Deep State’s plan for a new future food system is Synthetic Hydroponics. With the U.S.’s topsoil contamination and erosion concerns in addition to increasingly limited spring planting or fall harvesting seasons, a new solution needs to be developed.
Deep State’s Planned Attack on America’s Food System – The Story, over 70 US food production, manufacturing, and distribution plants have been destroyed as part of the Deep State coordinated planned attack. Bill Gates owns more than 272,000 acres of American farmland and is ultimately paying farmers to destroy their crops, leading to the extreme droughts cutting off vital water supplies to farms in California and the midwestern states. Adding to these conditions is a Mini Ice Age, canceling our growing and harvesting seasons and may soon disappear entirely. Furthermore, extreme weather with severe flooding, increasingly higher winds, tornadoes, forest fires, hail storms, etc., will continue to cause volatility and influence the availability and success of crops and the food supply chain.
The Purpose (Response vs Reaction) The purpose behind creating a self-contained food production environment model, such as the Garden Tower Farms Concept, is to counter the Deep State’s planned reaction (agenda) to their created food shortage, which is the introduction of GMO synthetic food grown in global labs and indoor warehouse hydroponic farms.
It is important to note that this is a reaction rather than a response to the food shortage crisis. By focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions through technology research and development, we can create a response that puts the health and wellness of local communities first and avoids the potential negative consequences of relying on synthetic and genetically-modified foods.
The Plan (Solution) Our plan is to create a self-contained local food production environment model to counter the Deep State’s designs. Garden Tower Farms is one of the three key components to our (Rebuild American Plan). Our business model is to front load all capital cost to funding the farm, seeds and first crop production. The offering is free to the community in order to restart a 24-month Rebuild America program. The key to our model is Village community volunteer farmers willing to work in exchange for food.

The Purpose (Reaction vs Response) The Deep State’s planned Reaction is to bring online their 10 top global corporations to take over all manufacturing and production of products. Their intent is to place total global dependence on their products and services from a centralized global system. Our Response is to design, create and implement a Village (community/neighborhood) with an independent, self-sustaining, self-sufficient & self-perpetuating model based on the Village Tower Garden Village Center.
The Plan (Solution) One of the three key components to our Business Recovery Plan (Rebuild American Plan) is the use of new / suppressed / hidden technologies and to manufacture and maintain all these technologies within the Village Community. The Business | Technology Research & Development Center is our positive response to the coming global crash and collapse of the energy/electrical power grid, clean water supplies, critical product / production shortages and a planned shutdown of global manufacturing, global shipping and regional delivery channels.
New Technology Research & Development Center – Based on the total collapse of existing manufacturing facilities we look to identify local experienced tradesmen and craftsmen. Ex-business owners are looking to use their existing offices and warehouses for the purpose of restarting their companies based on the barter system of monetary payment. We see the new financial system coming online within the first two years of the total global financial collapse.
